In a previous post I listed the 14 terminals that All States had in 1955. Seven years later the number of terminals had increased to 28, double the number from before. Now I present the listing of terminal addresses from 1962, along with some notes.

There were no addresses listed for three of their terminals. They were Albany, New York; Boston, Massachusetts; and New Brunswick, New Jersey
